Simple Ways to Boost Your Confidence at Work

Confidence is one of the hardest yet most important attributes to develop and maintain. We always want what we don’t have, but learning what your personal strengths are and owning them is crucial to being happy and successful.

Write down all of your strengths and positive attributes (and don’t be modest)! Set a timer for them to pop up on your phone, set them as your screensaver, or simply jot them down on a notepad on your desk. Let them serve as a spontaneous reminder that will help you through rocky moments in the office. Evaluate your work space as well – place some of your favorite inspirational quotes around your workspace to serve as constant positivity reminders. We did a Google search for ‘inspirational quote wallpaper’ and were surprised how many great options popped up.
