will remember very little of what you present and will instead focus on the key points, so review
your notes carefully.
Determine the essential elements (such as timelines and budgets) and only mention back-up information that directly supports those points.
Remember that simple does not mean ill-prepared. Always be ready to answer questions and if appropriate, distribute a one-page summary to your audience that contains specific details.
